Nablus Agriculture Directorate Delegation Visit the Samaritan Neighborhood 11 Feb 202
Today, we were pleased to welcome Engineer Yasser Ashtiyeh, the General Director of the Nablus Agricultural Directorate, and his esteemed delegation to the Samaritan Museum. Priest Husney, the museum director, warmly received them.
The visiting delegation toured the museum’s corridors to learn about its diverse exhibits, expressing their admiration for this historical and cultural content that documents the heritage of the Samaritans.
The delegation also visited the agricultural land on Mount Gerizim, where they discussed ways to develop and rehabilitate it to enhance green spaces in the area.
We appreciate this visit and hope for further joint cooperation to support agricultural projects in the future.
Participation of Priest Hosni Wassef in the award ceremony of Al-Sanabel’s Cultural Personality for the Year 2024-2025 Jan 15 ,2025
Priest Hosni Wasef, the manager of the Samaritan Museum, participated as a guest of honor in a ceremony organized by the Sanabel Center for Studies and Popular Heritage to honor the Cultural Personality of Sanabel for the year 2024-2025, in the city of Hebron. The event featured a select group of intellectuals, writers, and poets, at the invitation of Dr. Idris Jaradat, the center’s director.
In his speech during the ceremony, Priest Hosni emphasized that science and knowledge are fundamental pillars for the renaissance of nations and the advancement of peoples. He highlighted the importance of studies and research in generating new knowledge that contributes to the development of human societies and provides a vision for the future.
Priest Hosni also pointed out the role of the Samaritan Museum, located atop Mount Gerizim, in preserving heritage and introducing the Samaritan religion, history, and its ancient civilization. He called on writers, authors, and intellectuals to collaborate and dedicate their efforts to documenting and preserving heritage, as it plays a vital role in enhancing cultural understanding and building bridges of communication between peoples.

Samaria & Akhir Zaman Dialogue Oct 13,2021
The high priest of the Samaritan community , Abdullah Wassef, and Samaritan Museum manager , the priest Hosni Wassef, participated in Introductory dialogue about the Samaritan community .
dialogue began with the blessing of the High Priest of the Christian world in Indonesia and the whole world . He wished them a good, happy life and good health. after that the priest Hosni gave a description of the Samaritan community , its history, origins, religion, customs and traditions, and samaritan community social life.
The meeting was very interactive, interesting and constructive, where the priest listened to all the inquiries and questions , then he answered and discussed them with the group.
The dialogue ended with Priest Hosni’s blessing to all in these blessed days, the period of the Samaritan feasts. The Hebrew New Year’s Day last Wednesday, Yom Kippur, will be next Friday, and the tabernacle feast falls on Wednesday of next week.
